Coronavirus COVID-19 update WehaveAnyspace
Dear valued customer,
As the current situation around the spread of the COVID-19 virus continues to develop and change daily, it ultimately carries consequences for both tenant and landlord.
We would like to inform you that we follow these developments closely and are at present working on short-term solutions to offer. Meaning you, as customer, can carry on business activities under the current regulated circumstances.
We would like to offer you advice on how you as (potential) tenant can work in these circumstances. As solutions such as video conferencing, a virtual office and a flexible contract are now essential to perform business.
Virtual Office Space
An office without a physical office. This may sound contradictory, however offers a solution for many who are self-employed. As it is vital to work from home during this time, a virtual office space offers the ability to have an official business listing and/or a correspondence address for business purposes.
It is possible to register your company at one of the addresses that still functions as an office however you do not have to be physically present. This office is open for customers to call or send packages too. Applying for a contract at these addresses can be done within 1 day and can be cancelled within on a monthly basis.
An ideal option for independent entrepreneurs. Below is a list of the most popular locations:
Flexible Private offices
Flexible private offices are lockable office spaces in office buildings that remain open, this can already be used from one workspace onwards.
Also due to solutions such as a video viewing, it is possible to view these spaces in advance. Along with a virtual office space, a contract can be cancelled on a monthly basis.
Viewings can be arranged upon request. WehaveAnyspace strictly follows the advice of the National Institute of Public Health (RIVM) and that is why we organize a viewing with a maximum of 3 people in total.
